Robinsons Wimbledon

To celebrate 80 years of Robinsons and Wimbledon, one of the longest sponsorships ever, we wanted to get the whole country involved… not just the Pimm’s & strawberry quaffing elite.
The idea
To mark the brand’s 80-year partnership with Wimbledon, we placed our own tennis ball versions of iconic Blue Plaques around the UK. Each ball represented a special part in the Championships' history. From the family run farm that grows the strawberries, to the silversmiths that make the trophy. To drive the activity we recruited Tim Henman to reveal a video clue each day. Encouraging fans to track it down, snap it and post it using the hashtag #HuntForWimbledon. If you found one you could win VIP tickets to the final.
We even put one on Fred Perry’s old house :)
